This is true, and yet...flank steak is actually pretty fucking good. Especially when marinated correctly and cooked to a nice medium, so it's all still pink inside and very tender. Mmm...
And anyway, don't tell me you've never had a rump roast before. Or hot dogs or sausage - god only knows what's in those fuckers.
oddly enough i don't eat rump roast, hot dogs, or sausage. actually i don't care about eating butt. but the "meats" where the animals of origin are big question marks -- yeah i avoid those.
